Returns and Refunds - Archi Luxury Group

RETURN POLICY

1. Product is eligible for replacement of item that is priced at an equal or higher value, otherwise store credit and it’s subject to management approval.

2. Exchange of product is granted for 1 time only with official printed receipt, & it can only be done within 3 working days after purchase at our full priced stores only which is located at Pavilion KL and Gurney Plaza.

3. You are required to notify us (email us at support@archiluxury.com) before any exchange / return and it should be done within 5 days after you’ve received your item(s).

*Sale / Promo items are not exchangeable nor refundable.

4. You shall ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly.

5. Any excess payment due to exchange of product is required to be paid using the payment method available on website. No cash will be refunded for any unused balance from the store credit.

6. International orders are not eligible for any exchange/return even if they were purchased at full price.  

7. Archi Luxury reserves the right, at its sole discretion to modify the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

REFUND POLICY

Once the product has been successfully shipped, no refunds are allowed.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

All Product information and materials posted on Archi Luxury website are provided ‘as it is’ and provided without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. Products shown on website might slightly differ from the actual package received. All products shipped out are deemed in a good condition and thus, refunding or exchange is only allowed depending on Archi Luxury’s sole discretion.

MISTAKEN OF ORDERS

In any scenarios, if there is a mistake made by our side once you have received the package; please email us at support@archiluxury.com. Depending on the issues, Archi Luxury has the right to suspend any transaction upon sole discretion.
