Shipping and Orders - Archi Luxury Group


Archi Luxury tries its absolute best to ensure all information displayed in the website to be correct. However, there may be times where a misinformation happens to the products ordered, Archi Luxury will inform you as soon as it is discovered and you will be given a choice to reconfirm your order after the misinformation is communicated. The order will be cancelled if Archi Luxury is unable to contact the buyer. Once you have received and paid for the products, you are unable to get a refund.

All prices stated in the website are in Malaysian ringgit and inclusive of SST and excluding delivery charge. The total price will be shown upon confirming the products.

(a) Archi Luxury is not obliged to fulfil your order if the price stated on the website is wrongly stated.

(b) You are allowed to pay using any payment method that is available in the website. Cash on delivery is also allowed. However, it can only be collected at the mall where the store is located. You are allowed to partly pay the products with any given e-vouchers, promo code or any incentives that are made for online purchase only. Physical vouchers are not allowed unless it is stated at the back of the voucher.

(c) To reduce the risk of fraud or any unauthorised access, all information pertaining your debit/credit card will be encrypted. Orders will only be confirmed once the request of pre-authorisation is successful and it will be charged once a confirmation email is sent. Cards are subjected to validation checks and authorisation by the bank/payment gateway. If authorisation is unsuccessful, Archi Luxury is not liable for any delay, non-delivery or if the products are out of stock as the delayed occurred.


Archi Luxury has the right to withdraw/edit any products or information stated at the site at any given time without prior notice. Even if the confirmation email has been sent, Archi Luxury still has the right to suspend/freeze the transaction at any given time. However, if payment has been made, a full refund is possible subject to management approval. Archi Luxury reserves the right, at its sole discretion to modify the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.


a) For customers reside in Malaysia, free shipping is qualified with RM300 minimum purchase.

b) Local delivery will take 5 - 7 working days. International delivery will take 5 – 25 working days. Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to check on the status of your parcel. This tracking code will be sent to your registered email address.

c) Orders made before 12pm will be processed on the day itself. Orders made after 12pm will be processed the next day.

d) Products will be delivered based on the address provided by you at a timely manner. Archi Luxury is not liable if there is any damage or loss occur due to the misinformation of address that is provided by your side.

e) We will try our absolute best to meet your delivery date and shall notify you if it is expected to be late and is not liable for any damage or loss in case of late delivery as permitted by the law.

f) Upon receival of package, you are required to acknowledge for delivery. Archi Luxury will take extra precaution to ensure that the products delivered are properly checked before sending out. Extra measures will be taken to ensure the products are packed well and safe for delivery.

g) There might be certain areas that are not possible to deliver your goods. In this case, you will be communicated accordingly based on the information given prior to checking out for cancellation or an alternate delivery location.

h) Once the product is delivered, all risk is borne by your side, except if there is a deferment due to a breach on your side, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. Archi Luxury is not liable for any loss or damage once the risk has been passed to you. Any breach of contract, Archi Luxury has the right to prevent you from making any purchase via website in the near future.

i) If you are unable to collect the products delivered, the chosen courier partner may leave a notice at the point of delivery for you to collect it at their facility.

j) If the delivery is unsuccessful due to your refusal to accept the products and within 7 days of our first attempt to deliver the goods to you, we may opt remedies as per below:

– You will be charged accordingly for any fee or cost that is borne by us.

– Revoking the sale of goods and communicating to you on the termination of contract. Also, refunding payments that has been made (after deducting any cost that is born Archi Luxury)
