Do I need an account to place an order?

We recommend that you register for an account to place and track orders and start adding pieces to your Wishlist. Additionally, with an account, you are allowed to track your purchase history and points you’ve gained through our loyalty program.

When will I receive my order?

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

Can I split my transaction between different payment methods?

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept one payment method per transaction.

I have a promotional code, how do I apply a discount?

You may apply the discount code on the section in the Checkout Page labelled “Coupon Code” before you confirm payment.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our styles and as items are often limited, we do not offer reservations.

Yes, 100%. Our products are directly from the principal and we guarantee all items are authentic.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in the most protective way; together with tissue paper, thank you card and a branded dust bag (only for accessories such as shoes and handbags) provided by the brand in a Archi Luxury box. We ensure all products are undamaged before packing, so that it arrives to you in great condition.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the final checkout page when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Archi Luxury containing your tracking number.
